Closed loop design provides for analyzing the feedback device while test running the motor. Similar systems that back drive the motor look for a signal but cannot confirm the signal is actually good.

Other servo motor repair test systems use equipment that converts the signals to hall effect which degrades the quality of the test. We analyze the actual signals in real-time with no signal conversion to hall effect.

The Linea X3 Encoder/Resolver Tester can test older style incremental types and analog resolver types along with newer high-speed serial encoders. Continuous software updates keep us up on the latest products on the market while continuing to support legacy products.
