- AI Machine learning intelligence records a pattern of normal behavior over hours or days for varying machine output levels
- Once learned the system collects data and sends alert notifications when vibration or temperature increases above threshold limits
- A web based dashboard that is both desktop and mobile friendly let you view data from anywhere and decide the best course of action
- Machine health graph lets you watch the vibration and temperature patterns to predict when failure will occur and plan shutdown maintenance
- Time Waveform and Frequency Spectrum (FFT) graphs help pinpoint the issue to be addressed

The temperature monitoring uses comparative analysis to ambient temperature letting you know the monitored points temperature rise. This allows for tighter alarm bands without having to make seasonal adjustments to avoid nuisance alarms. Each monitored point can have multiple associated alarms for example a yellow level at early stage failure and red level for later stage. These alarms are broadcast via email or text notifications to one or multiple people.
Cheaper - each monitored point is less than 50 cents per day the first year including hardware, installation and yearly subscription costs and less than 20 cents per days years two and three. There is no less expensive solution on the market. The subscription fee covers the dashboard access, cloud data storage, hardware firmware upgrades as new features are added and a growing database for predictive failure analytics.
